02Where to write

Use the security subject line.

Send vulnerability reports to security@senvaro.com. Please don’t file vulnerabilities through public channels, social media, or unrelated support forms.

03What to include

Enough detail to reproduce and triage.

  • A clear description of the issue and the affected surface.
  • Steps to reproduce, with enough detail for triage by someone seeing it for the first time.
  • An impact assessment covering data or behaviour that could be affected.
  • Any known mitigations or workarounds you have already identified.

We will work from the details you provide and may ask for a focused reproduction if the report cannot be verified from the first pass.
