Senvaro is provided on a best-effort basis with no service level agreement unless a separate production agreement says otherwise.
Support Expectations
- Best-effort responses only; no guaranteed response time.
- Demo and pilot modes are intended for limited visibility and evaluation.
- Demo and pilot access may be paused outside critical security fixes.
- Production use cases should run their own internal validation and support processes.
