Senvaro is provided on a best-effort basis while you evaluate the product. The expectations below describe what you can reasonably ask of us.

01Expectations

What support covers today.

  • Responses are best-effort. There is no guaranteed response time unless your engagement has a separate production agreement.
  • Demo and sandbox access exists for evaluation. It is not intended for continuous clinical use.
  • Demo and sandbox access may be paused at any time while evaluation features change.
  • Production engagements should plan their own validation, change-management, and clinical-governance processes.
