Senvaro is provided on a best-effort basis with no service level agreement unless a separate production agreement says otherwise.

Support Expectations

  • Best-effort responses only; no guaranteed response time.
  • Demo and pilot modes are intended for limited visibility and evaluation.
  • Demo and pilot access may be paused outside critical security fixes.
  • Production use cases should run their own internal validation and support processes.
